Access and delivery
Upon successful purchase, buyers receive immediate access to digital resources and will be redirected to an onboarding page where they can choose their preferred start date and reminder timing for the 60-day guided journey.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate contact information and complete the onboarding process.
Failure to complete onboarding may delay or prevent scheduled prompt delivery.

- buyer-side technical settings
- third-party platform interruptions
Access to purchased digital resources remains available even where reminder delivery is delayed or interrupted.
Technical requirements
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have:

- a valid email address
- access to devices capable of opening standard digital files
- appropriate settings to receive email communications
The seller is not responsible for delivery issues caused by buyer-side technical limitations.
Product updates
A.R.C.H in My Home™ reserves the right to improve, update, revise, reorganize, or modify product materials, delivery structures, or supporting resources at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, use, inability to use, or implementation of the product.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Refund Policy
Non-refundable digital product
Because buyers receive immediate access to downloadable PDF resources, proprietary framework materials, and supporting implementation resources at the beginning of the purchase process, all A.R.C.H in My Home™ products are strictly non-refundable.
All sales are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once purchase has been completed.

Technical access issues
If a buyer experiences genuine technical difficulties accessing purchased materials, reasonable support will be provided to restore access.
Technical assistance does not constitute grounds for refund.
